Rating 4 instead of 5 stars

Rating 4 instead of 5 stars. I called them and requested lower rates or rewards as I am 75+ accident free, car parked behind locked high gates, alarm/immobilizer. Less than 20 kms on most days and mostly within a 25km radius . Odometer reads approx 92k km for a new 2006 car. One lady driver. Etc etc They reduced the monthly debit but at the cost of my nil excess payment!! I feel with my history the excess could have been reduced. Service was good.
