We had an accident involving one of outsurance clients, Outsurance approach us via phone very racially orientated and also racially devide parties in their reports, calling us the white man but their insured person on his name.<br> <br> Why does Outsurance class people as per race during enquiries, but their insured not. I am totally offended by yours approach and racial tendency's.
