I was harassed and abused by Outsurance today, Am mourning for my brothers death Andrew from Outsurance is threatening me that He will call the police to arrest me because am committing a *****. The BI-1663 was send to them and it seems Salt river mutuary had mixed up some BI`s now the blame is on me because of my colour, Yes because am black I have to be treated like that while am mourning for my brother. This is my worst experience, It was my first time I came across responsibility of death and when I claim my brothers policy i got interrogated as if am a ********. I had to borrow money from people while my brother have policy with Outsurance, I think they are not respecting black people culture since it`s so important to us to have digital funeral. while am writing this am so angry I even forget some words, I was even told that is not my brother that I`ve buried and told them to DNA test but no one want to do it they just enjoy harassing me while I`ve lost my brother. The ****** I`ve experience today I don`t wish anyone to experience it it`s so painful.
