R800.00 promotion false advertising

I obtained a quote from Outsurance which is more expensive than my current insurance. The agent sent me a link to complete so I could be paid the R800.00, as i qualified(which asked me for personal details). I received an email from S'lindile Mqadi advising me that I do not qualify & she also attached the terms and conditions. As per her email, "Unfortunate you do not qualify for the promotion , you can only participate after 188 day please see attached terms and conditions", but on the terms on conditions "3. Any person who has already received a payment for this or the R400 OUTsurance promotion in the last 186 days.". But, if I calculate, it has been 189 days since I participated. I sent her an email, but no reply I am sure this is false advertising & also asking for people banking details RK Moonsamy

Refilwe has sorted this out. It is very important for Outsurance have competent people to interact with customers. S'lindile could not do a simple calculation like count number of days, how will she attend to complex problems? She never had the courtesy to reply to my emails to even apologise R Moonsamy
