R800 quote promotions

<p>I think this is false advertising from outsurance.</p> <p>I got called by outsurance and asked if they can do a quote for me, after about an hour on the phone the agent was not able to beat my current insurance premium.</p> <p>I asked him so how do I go about to get my R800 and I was told the I do not qualify for it as they (outsurance) called me I did not call them.</p> <p>There is so much fine print with outsurance that I am lucky I am not insuring with them.</p>
