R800 Promotion

<p>I requested a quote from Outsurance on the 25th October which they couldnt beat. So i asked how i can get the R800 promotion. They sent me the necesary information on how to claim the R800 promotion. I sent through all my current insurance details as they requested and the feedback message said it would take 5 working days to get the money paid out. I phoned on the 02 November and spoke to a Matthew Matala and he would get Refilwe who deals with the promotions to phone me. Phoned again on the 07 November as i still havent heard anything from Refilwe and Nathi said she was busy again on the phone. This is pathetic why advertise a promotion if you cant keep your word and have to constantly follow up and nobody ever gets back to you.</p> <p>I would appreciated it Refilwe or anybody dealing with this can let me know ASAP whats happening.</p>
