R800 Cash Back ****

I joined outsurance a couple of months ago, but they gave me a policy with R18 000 excess which I find ridiculous, the main reason for taking out insurance is because nobody has that kind of money laying around when something happens, I shopped around and found a cheaper insurance with excess 3 times less than outsurance, I cancelled my policy after 2 or 3 months, of which they said they will pay me the R800 because they couldn't beat my current quote. The cancellation was done 2nd of August, I received confirmation of cancellation and they said the R800 will be paid to me within 30 days which was 2nd of September. 2nd September came and went still no cash back, I sent numerous emails no one rep****, after asking them on Facebook I was told the money was paid in on the 2nd of September and will take 3 working days to reflect in my account, today its 8 working days and still no money has been paid and my messages once again gets ignored.
