R747 for 2 days - ****************

As a first time insurance customer I was really not satisfied with the service i recieved from outsurance, because of the risk of not having insurance i rushed to get it on my new car not knowing what i was getting myself into.<br> I called outsurance because they supposed to be the best apparently and they gave me a ridiculous quote after hearing the quote i was sceptical about taking out the insurance and asked the sales person if i could look for a better quote and cancel he said yes this is all on my recorded conversation if i remember correctly his words were the cancellation is in your hands so i did exactly that looked for cheaper insurance and i found insurance that was significantly cheaper than outsurance.<br> When I called them to cancel they gave me a hard time saying its a red flag to cancel so soon and things like that, but i did ask if i could cancel before hand. Anyways i cancelled and had to wait a while before i got my money back. <br> when i recieved my money this morning on the 24th of march i saw it was R747 less so they did tell me i would be charged but an amount like that for 2 days seems a bit ridiculous. That is a full month of insurance at another company.<br>
