R500/R1500 Promotion ****

I am an existing client of Outsurance and last week I contacted them for an insurance quote on my 2nd car. The quote that I got was more than what I am paying with my current insurance. I was then sent a link for the R500/R1500 promotion, since I have not had a claim in the last three years with my current insurer. I got all the required documents and on Monday when I wanted to upload the documents via the link that was sent to me, then the OTP is not working. I sent an email to the promotions department and called Outsurance. I was told the promotion department can only be contacted via email. Since Monday I have not had any response. Is this R500/R1500 promotion just a **** and is Outsurance using these faulty links to frustrate clients not to apply for these promotions. I will have to reconsider my insurance with Outsurance if this is the type of promotions that they are running.
