R500/R1500 PROMOTION
Outsurance have the R500/R1500 PROMOTION as below
R500/R1500 PROMOTION A better deal or cash back If we can’t beat your current car insurance premium, ask for R500. Claim-free with the same insurer for 3 years? Make that R1500! Ts & Cs apply.
They advertise it on TV and every other avenue that is possible, but they dont keep to their word. I recently got quoted and they could not beat my quote. I claimed the R1500, provided my current policy and was claim free for motor for over 3 years, but they simply stopped responding to my emails even after using the complaint feature on their website. So really, you dont always get something out and they are dishonest in their dealings and mis-leading.
