R500/R1500 Promotion a ****

I filled in an online car insurance quote with Outsurance for the most recent vehicle i purchased. I was contacted by Outsurance and they were unable to beat my current insurance premiums, i was then advised by the consultant that i qualify for the R500/R1500 cash promotion. A few minutes later i get a call back from the consultant advising me that im blocked from the promotion because i received a quote for a different vehicle i purchased 3 years ago that they couldn't beat my premiums and the promotion was given. Where does it state in the promotion that you dont qualify if you did a quote for another vehicle more than 3 years ago?
