R500/R1500 promotion
The salesperson was friendly and professional, but it was disappointing that OUTsurance couldn't beat my current insurance quote—in fact, their offer was nearly three times higher. I was also disappointed that he kept brushing off my questions when I asked about the R500/R1500 promotion since they couldn't match my current insurance premium.
