R500/R1500 promotion!!!
After the insurance sales person failed to beat my quote at the end of the call I asked for R500 (as per adverti*****t) the lady promised to send an email and sms with a link to claim my R500 but she never sent a link. Outsurance why are you deceiving us? This is not the first. Ealier this year, another outsutance sales lady ******* me by giving me a home contents qoute instead but the add indicates "beat car insurance quote"

You will receive another call from us, as we need the required documents to be sent to us. We will ensure we finalise the matter for you as soon as possible.
