They send me an email regarding the promotion and I also saw it advertised on TV, they quoted me and could not beat my current insurer, so they sent an sms to let me know that I qualify for R1500 because i was claim free for 3 years and because they could not beat my current insurer,but now they dont keep up to their word. The 5-10 days that they promised to process payment has passed since 19 December 2024 till date nothing. I tried to email Nature Mncube as he was the one who was communicating with me regarding the promotion but now the email is inactive . Email also sent to promotions but still no response. Very disappointed with them.
