I am writing this message to give thank to Outsurance. I layed my complain on this platform on Wednesday, and I was attended with immediate effect on Thursday. They apologised explaining that there was system error which showed that my matter has been attended all along hence the delay on my side. Thank you very much, payment received yesterday.
