R500 Promo - Company does not keep their word

I phoned last year around October 2021 to see if Outsurance could beat my current car insurance rate. They could not. They refused to apply the R500 promo they are running if they cannot beat my current insurance, reason being, I phoned in 2020 and received the promo as, again, they could not beat my insurance rate. However, in you terms and conditions of the Promo, it states that you are not eligible if you have claimed the promo in 186 days:

Any person who has already received a payment for this or any other OUTsurance quote promotion in the last 186 days.

I did not phone within 186 days at all. Outsurance is extremely scaly and only wishes for you to phone so that they can twist you into getting car insurance from them, even if it R1,000.00 more than what you are currently paying. Very disappointed in the company's integrity.

Can someone call me regarding this matter?
