R500 False advertising
I am disappointed with outsurance. They tell people to call them for a quote or get R500 on their adverts but when they are supposed to deliver what they promise they fail to do so. They failed to beat my current car insurance but when I claimed the R500 I did not receive the SMS with the link as promised by the call centre agent that assisted me.
