R500 claim not true
I called Outsurance to do a quote and they could not beat my current service provider. I therefore requested for the R500 as advised on TV and Radio, the lady I spoke to then says her computer is frozen and hangs up the phone.
I called again and told them what happened, they eventually sent me an sms that "says you will receive a link and instructions via email to claim your R500 with an OTP". Till today the link never came. This makes me question Outsurance's credibility.
