I received an email from Outsurance stating they can offer me a better qoute than the last time. But if they can not beat my current insurance premium, I will get R500 cash. I followed the prompt in the email, few minutes I received a call from the telesales lady Sibo Ngcobo. We did May qoutation, she had patients and repeated whatever I did not hear proply or did not understand. I received a qoute which was almost double what I pay at my current insurance, even though we compared Apples to apples, she expected defeat, I asked for my R500 cash promise from Outsurance, she sent me a link to submit my documents. Few days later I got R500 cash into my account. This R500 Will help me so much especially during this pandemic. Thank you Outsurance.
