R500 and R1500 promotion
After the insurance sales person failed to beat my quote at the end of the call I asked for R500 (as per adverti*****t) the lady promised to send an email and sms with a link to claim my R500 but she never sent a link. Outsurance why are you deceiving us? I even called and give my ID number and contact number but never came back to me.
