R400/R800 no payback from Outsurance

I made contact with Outsurance on Monday 15July, they were unable to give me better rates than my current insurer, so I did not activate cover. The consultant assured me that I still qualify for the R400/R800 payment. I receiced OTP on my cell phone, but no link after 2 days on email. I guess that payment is another gimmick to gain clients. Last time i will ever contact them for a quote.

Refilwe got back to me today, very helpful lady and we were able to resolve the issue. My email address was incorrect. I have received an sms today as well stating that I qualify for payback. Thank you Outsurance
