"R400" waste of time

Recently spoke to an outsurance employee regarding an insurance quote on my car as I am looking for cheaper insurance. Outsurance came back with a more expensive premium than what I currently pay, so I asked about the R400 promotion they advertise on a daily basis. For some reason the agent told me it is not applicable to me as there are differences on the two quotes even though I made it exactly the same as my current insurance. This whole "promotion" is just a way to get you to phone them, my advice is don't you will be left dissapointed.
