R400 ****

Whilst at work, i was contacted by Outsurance to do a comparative quote on my vehicle. They were unable to beat my current insurer. The agent in question began to demonstrate rudeness when he found out that he could not beat my insurer; he even went as far as to refer to Outsurance as the best and that my insurer was not in their league. I took this to be friendly banter. Thereafter he assured me that he would send me a link to complete the relevant information to receive the R400 payout. I tried to activate the link but it takes me to any error page. I have called the call centre twice for assistance; both times i have been mislead. I am a young professional and have never experienced such blatant 'beating around the bush'. I do not care about the R 400 but the principle behind it. I wasted my time whilst i was at work to engage in this. I did use this service once before and all went smoothly. I suppose things have changed
