R400 refund

Hi. Outsurance has a promise that when they cannot beat your quote, they will pay you R400. I had a quotation done by them, and when they couldn't match the quote, they offered me R400. From my side, I had to upload my existing insurance schedule, whuch I duly did. S'lindili Mqadi was attending to my case, and after numerous follow-up emails to her, I still haven't received the R400. Personally, I thiink it's a ploy to get customers to call them, to get more business. When they cannot match the quote, they shy away from their R400 promise.

I guess I'm not the first customer that has this issue with them, will NEVER even consider getting another quote from them, pathetic service!
