R400 referrals not paid

<p>Outsurance promises to pay their customers R400 per referral. I know of two people whom I have referred and now have insurance with Outsurance. Both of them told Outsurance that I referred them. However, I have not received R400 for any of them. When I phoned Outsurance on Friday, they said they would link these two people to my policy. Why have they not done it before? I am wondering if this is only an oversight - although there are two people whom I referred at two different times - or whether Outsurance tries to keep the referral money for themselves until a customer asks for it. </p>
