R400 / R800 Campaign is a ****!!!

<p>I contacted Outsurance as per the infamously famous ad. They were unable to beat my current car insurance. I had to submit my policy schedule etc which I did. I was later contacted by George Lekabunyane who informed me that I unfortunately did not meet the requirements and will not be recieving the R400.</p> <p> </p> <p>Outsurance could not beat my current premium when quoted on a like-for-like basis. They were far out, I was quoted almost 3 times the amount that I am currently paying. </p> <p>Case number : ********** </p> <p>1)I have not had a vehicle claim in over three years (which means I'm applicable for R800)</p> <p>2)I responded to George Lekabunyane 's email with disputing evidence on the 3rd April and have not recieved a response to date. I have since sent him an additional email, still no response. </p> <p> </p> <p>This R400 campaign is a ****. Outsurance will keep you on the phone for 20 minutes plus while they work out a quote for you but when it comes down to fulfilling thier promise they fall short and apparently they seem to fall off the face of the earth too. </p> <p> </p> <p>They will look for every possible reason that they are able to manipulate to get out of paying out. I can confidently say that Outsurance you always get something out. You get ******* into calling them. You get fooled into believing them. You get a sales consultant who wastes your time getting all your information because if they can't beat your current premium they fabricate reasons as to why and if you counter-act those reasons they tend to run away from from you. </p> <p> </p> <p>Outsurance. They will not save you time. They will not save you money and they will not put you 1st.</p>
