R400 quote bonus - False advertising!

LAst week Wednesday the 11th of Feb 2015 I called Outsurance for a quote on my vehicle. They could not better my current premium and I was quickly brushed off and told to expect an sms and an email regarding a R400 bonus if they fail to better my quote. I followed all the prompts and their was a fault on their website so I called back to which I was instructed to email all the details and they would do it manually.<br> Thursday the 12/2/2015 I called back to find out what was happening. Then a consultant again tried to better my current insurance which really frustrated me because I had already called for that and they failed and I wanted my R400. I called again the Friday 13/2/2015 and I was told their policy states that it takes 15 to 20 days to pay out. I went to read up and on that policy and there is no mention of this.<br> I am highly upset and irritated because firstly, all I wanted was a lower premium and then I get brushed off and 'given' a R400 which I am still waiting for??? To this day, I still hear advertising of this offer on the radio???
