R400 qoute if they can't match current insurance

I was quoted for the car insurance and was told they can't match my insurance so I will be paid R400 within 30 days. I did everything they needed me to do. When i followed up with them they told me there are many queries they are having so it might take some time. Clearly this is misleading to the public in terms of their turn around time.
