R400 Q

I requested a quotation from Outsurance after learning about their R400 Quote Promotion.<br> I chatted with a call centre agent on Monday, 01 June 2015, and unfortunately Outsurance was unable to better my current premium.<br> I asked the said agent to send through an email with the promotion link (as advertised) and he said he would have to chat with his Manager first (as there was concern about whether the promotion was still valid) and then get back to me. I have yet to hear from him...<br> I'm disappointed by 2 things -> Firstly, that Outsurance would still advertise for campaigns that are supposedly invalid
