R400 promotion or a ****!

On the 05/04/2018 Thursday afternoon I recieved a call from one of outsurance employees who told me about the R400 promotion instant payout I would get if they could not beat my current motor insurance. I was transferred to someone named John to proceed with quote, which the call lasted for more than 30 minutes, but after John failed to beat my current insurance, there was no mention of the payment and he simply hung up on me. I would like to find out from Outsurance management if this is the sort of customer service the business is running? Not professional at all.
