R400 promotion not paid
On January 5 I called Outsurance to get a quote and we went through the process with the agent for about 30min and the quote came higher than my current insurance premium. I was then told that I will receive a call, sms and an email with the link for the R400 promotion since they could not beat my current premium, 10 days later I still have not received any communication from Outsurance.
