R400 Promotion

I received a phone call with regards to insurance on my vehicle, once the quote was done it was higher than my premium that I am currently paying. I received a email with a link and code to claim my R400 cash back as Outsurance could not beat my premium.

I have not received a phone call for finalize payment however I have received an email from George Lekhabunyane at Outsurance saying he has tried to contact me however no contact has been made.

I have sent THREE emails and still no response?? I see this is how Outsurance handles their "R400 promotion".

Can't complain about service if it's non existent
