R400 payment ****

I got a call from outsurance asking me to go through getting a quote. I asked them to call later. They did, and convinced me to get a quote by saying that they will give me R400 if they don't quote lower than what I have. I went through the whole rigmarole and the quote was higher. They sent me an email and sms to submit my other insurance form, but it wouldn't let me upload anything saying information had already been uploaded. I called them to ask for help but they couldn't or wouldn't. I guess they are hoping I just forget about it. I think it is a **** and I think people should know so they don't waste their time.
