R400 pay out if they cant beat your insurance

I recently got a quotation with Outsurance, The call centre agent whos name I`ve now forgotten did his calculation on their systems and offered me a quote of R1700 odd...which is way higher than what what im paying with my current insurer for the same benefits(R887)..As soon as i asked if i will be getting the R400 as advertised he basically told me \\No\.In my books thats false advertising which is ********.So dissapointed!!\"\"\""
