R400 pay back is not the truth?

spoken to one of the assistants on Monday the 2nd of February to get a quote for my car to be insured. Outsurance is R200 more expensive, than Apco underwriters mutuarl and federal. outsusarnce advertises if we cant beet your current insurance WE WILL PAY YOU R400. after spoken to zwheli he said he will send me the link to claim the R400 I ve reminded him on Tuesday and Wednesday still no link and no R400. sad to say I don't think I will get the link.<br> ai Outsurance why then advertise it?
