R400 outsurance hoax

I foned outsurance for a quote on the 10. 02. 15 @ 11:30am and the agent couldn't beat my quote, he said that he would send me a link and rudely put the fone down on me. But he didnt send me the link but instead the login code. I then went on their website and left a complainant on the talkout loud, but uptil today ghey havent responded. I complained again and requested a callback they are not, responding. Outsurance is a ***** promising people that R400 its a hoax people dont take outsurance
