R400 Outsurance Campaign

I got quoted on my car insurance and as per Outsurance's current campaign, "if they can't beat your current car premium, they'll pay you R400 and if you haven't had a claim in the past 3 years they'll double that to R800"

Well, as usually I was promised someone will call me to complete everything since the quote was R1900 and currently paying R990. I haven't received the call dispite calling Outsurance for a follow and being promised a callback everytime after each call, more like getting rid of me.
