R400 offer ****

I am real disappointed with the R400 promotion they are running. I took them up with the offer last week, they could not beat my current insurance and then the salesman came with every excuse in the book. He said a link will be send to me to claim the R400. It did not happen. I called in and the link was send. I attached a copy of my current insurance schedule as asked and till now no correspondence of call from Outsurance, did not think the service is this bad and I will not be moving or recommend them at all. Are you this slow with claims also????
