R400 off premium ****

On 12/11/2019 I received a call from Yolanda or Eulenda and she called me using ***, she asked me to give her a list of my contacts in return for R400 off my next premium. I gave her the contacts and at the end of the call she promised to send me an sms. I didn't receive the sms as promised and when I tried calling her back I was told she's not a available and thereafter I was put on hold and the next thing I was getting the options you get when you call the customer line. I then sent a DM to the Outsurance Twitter account and they got a manager to contact me, he then said he listened to the call recording and Eulenda did explain the T&Cs, i didn't feel like disagreeing with him so I just let it go. I was deceived and spent 15 minutes on a call giving away my contacts under false pretense for awarding me with R400 off my next premium. Terms and conditions of getting that R400 off if my contacts sign up weren't clarified on the initial call #BlackFriday
