R400 OFF FOR REFFERRALS ..... IS THIS A LIE
Gave your consultant Andrew Mtolo a list of referrals and received an sms to say that there were guys that signed up however i never receive my R400 off my installment or what ever the amount was because my referrals signed up. I mailed Andrew 3 times and no feedback ,This is now going on for 2 months now

Thank you for notifying us. Kyle our client services manager discussed the matter in detail with you. The client who you referred did accept cover however we did not collect premium and the policy cancelled due to non-payment.
In order to qualify for the R400 discount, the client who you refer needs to pay premium and once we collect premium then we will discount your next collection.
