R400 is a con

6 weeks ago my husband phoned for a quote. Outsurance could not beat our current insurer. Wasn't told, as I see many have been, to call back in 6 months. Was sent a code, which I entered on their website as instructed, with all details and a scan of our current policy. (Very clever tactic to ask people to claim via website, rather than email - no proof of having sent the claim!) No response, no R400. Has anyone EVER received R400? Do Outsurance assume that most people will feel that R400 is not worth pursuing? I think the ASA should have a look at this.<br>
