R400 in CASH!

Hi, so i got a quote from outsurance, seeing if they can beat my current at Santam, althought i dont have an excess that didnt bother me as long as i would have been quoted on the lowest excess available, to my suprize, R650+R750? Im paying R550. Zero excess so im sure you would have been able to go less tham that with a excess? , but anyway its fine im staying with Santam, i would just like to know why dont you offer the R400 as advertised every day? Saw it now on a popup? <br> <br> It should be asked?
