R400 if we can't beat your current isurance. R800 if you never claimed for over 3yrs? ****??
I visited the Outsurance website and requested a quote for car insurance. The advert on tv and radio explicitly say that Outsurance will pay you R400 of they cant beat your current insurance and they will pay R800 if you have not had a claim for 3yrs or more.
I spoke to a consultant named Karabo. He could not beat my insurance and promised that a consultant will phone me to claim the R400 or R800 for not beating my current insurance and for not having a car claim for over 3yrs.
He also mentioned that there would be a survey at the end of the call and there was none. I was actually keen to participate in the survey because he gave me GREAT service.
Can Outsurance please live up to its adverts and give me a call or response regarding my query.
