R400 if insurance cannot be beaten, FALSE !!

I heard on the radio (Highveld) the adverti*****t that Outsurance will pay you R400 if they cannot beat your insurance premium. I recently bought my first car through the bank, so my insurance is killing me. I thought I would give it a shot, knowing that I will score either way. If they beat my insurance, I save some money per month and if they don't, at least I have some spare cash for the current month. <br> <br> I sent the sms and spent almost 40 minutes on the phone with a very polite agent, and at the end realised that I would pay R1400 more if I switch to Outsurance. Obviously I did not take the offer and the agent told me that he would send me the link for me to get my R400. I received the sms telling me to enter my OTP on the website from the link provided in the email, but never received an email. I searched on Google to find some answers, and came across other complaints where the same thing happened. <br> <br> According to me, this is false advertising, and not right. You cannot advertise something just to get clients to try your product and then if they don't then \\Oh well
