R400 Cashback Advert- BIG LIE

On the 18th February 2015, I got a quote from Outsurance. The quote was double want I am currently paying. The Sales person that was assisting me told me I qualify for the R400 promotion and sent me the link to fill out the required information. I sent my insurance schedule and all required information on the 19th. To date I have not received any feedback, whether good or bad. I have been calling the call centre number, all I get is that someone will call me back. No reference number, nothing.
