R400 cashback a sham

I received a quote from Outsurance but it was R600 a month more that Mutual & Federal. Afterwards I asked for the R400 cashback for not beating the quote and Mr. Newton sent me the promotion details. However an OTP sent to your phone is needed in order to start the process and attach the better quote. On several attempts I phoned Mr. Newton to receive the OTP, each time being assured it has been sent to my phone but to this day I have never received it and the phone calls are getting to expensive to continue trying. Thus it is clear to me that this R400 promise is a sham.
