R400 cash back? Where? Not with Outsurance!!

I just spent the last 40 minutes on the phone getting a quote from Outsurance for nothing. <br> <br> This whole 'If we can not beat your current car insurance then Outsurance will give you R400 back in cash', I feel thats a lie as i have car insurance which is much cheaper than Outsurance and they do not mention anything like that when they can not beat your current car insurance premium.<br> <br> Secondly, I know Outsurance needs to talk to individuals with regards to Life Insurance, but what if one of the personnel being insured can not talk English properly? Does Outsurance not have any alternative means to get their proof as for example when taking out medical aid, there is paper work to submit which is correct as it is on black and white and can be read anytime and anywhere so no need to have a prerecorded conversation as people do forget what was said.<br> <br> I could of saved with Outsurance but its not worth it! Will rather go somewhere else!!!
