R400 cash back promotion

Good day I have taken the liberty to call Outsurance regarding their R400 cash back promotion - According to the adds all over - if Outsurance cant beat your premium they will give R400 to the client- some instances R800. I had to ask the person for this promotion and they have done a quote and could not even come close to my premium. After a long and tedious wait they send me the email with a link that we need to add your policy , and the consultant that I spoke to said to me I do qualify for the promotion..

I have submitted my details along with my schedule and then I got an email back from Des Mosinki that i dont qualify because my policy needs to be older than 30 days. I started with the new insurance company the 1st September. Nobody tells you these this. I personally think this so false advertising.

I need someone to sort this out because this is not on at all.
