R400 Cash back if they cannot Beat Premiums

Called Outsurance for a quote, they could not beat my current premium, Consultant advised me that i can claim the R400 as per their Promotion (if Outsurance cannot beat your current premium they would pay you R400), received the SMS giving me my OTP Pin but have not received the email with the link to enable me to claim, i have spoken to another consultant and they just wanted to do another quote for me, the website also have no link that i can claim this from,
