R400 cash back

Good day,<br> <br> on the 11-12 may i did a quote with outsurance a nd they did not beat what im paying.<br> <br> I got a link and pin numbet to use for their side to claim for the R400.<br> <br> I submitted all they requested and till toady no responds.When i asked today02-06-2015,im told it was paid,but i have not recieved it.<br> PLeae please assist.
